1. Shipping Provider

All orders with Tornello.co.uk will be shipped with Royal Mail UK.
Customers will have the choice of Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Estimated delivery: 1 working day after dispatch) or Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch)

Services are Fully tracked with SMS/email updates.

Shipping costs for each service are displayed at checkout.

Tornello is not responsible for delays or issues to your delivery service caused by Royal Mail once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Process

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but as a small business, delays may occur during high-volume periods. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been completed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Issues

Royal Mail may require additional time to investigate delivery issues before a resolution can be processed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and address details are correct at the time of purchase.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete information may incur additional shipping charges.

Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Additional shipping fees may apply.

4. Order Verification & Secure Data Handling Policy

To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions, Tornello may carry out additional security checks on certain orders if we receive a flagged notification against your order.

These checks are designed to verify the legitimacy of an order when it is flagged by our system, payment provider, or fulfilment process. If verification cannot be completed or details remain inconsistent, Tornello reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
