Tornello Ltd provides the Tornello website to our users subject to the following terms and conditions. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use, in addition to any other applicable policies. We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

Full payment for the goods you order must be received before we can accept your order. Upon receipt of payment, we will confirm your order via email to the address provided during checkout. Unless you receive notification that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled your order, it will be processed. Our acceptance of your order establishes a legally binding contract between you and Tornello Ltd.

Pricing & Delivery

All prices for our goods are listed on our website in UK Pounds (GBP). You will be billed in GBP, and if purchasing from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and additional credit card charges may affect the final billed amount.

Additional delivery charges may apply, and certain locations may be unavailable for delivery. All applicable delivery fees are outlined on our website.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. No reason is required, and no penalty will be applied. To cancel your order, you must notify us by email at: support@tornello.co.uk.

Order Cancellations by Tornello Ltd

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • We do not have sufficient stock to fulfil your order.

  • We do not deliver to your region.

  • The item was incorrectly priced due to a typographical or supplier pricing error.

If your order is cancelled, we will notify you via email or telephone and refund any payments made within 30 days. No additional compensation will be provided for any inconvenience caused.

Liability

Tornello Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense (including loss of profits, business, or goodwill) arising from any issue related to your order. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable regulations, including obtaining any necessary import permits when purchasing from our site. Tornello Ltd is not responsible for import/export restrictions or customs delays once goods have been dispatched to the delivery provider.

Governing Law

The Tornello mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Tornello (“Tornello”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Tornello’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Tornello through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may include promotions, specials, and cart reminders, and may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Participation is not required to make a purchase and is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You are responsible for all messaging charges imposed by your wireless provider.

To Opt Out: Text STOP to Tornello or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation. To unsubscribe from other Tornello programs, opt out separately as applicable.

We may update or change any short code or number used for the Service at any time. Messages sent to discontinued numbers may not be received, and we are not responsible for any resulting failure to honor requests.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide an accurate and current mobile number. If your number changes, you must re-enroll.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree we are not liable for failed or delayed message delivery, errors in content, or actions taken in reliance on the Service.
